Is there a way to fix the height of a custom block? This may seem like a trivial question, but I am evaluating Xoops as an option to traditional html/css development, so that talented end users can modify content. I'm just not seeing this solution.

I basically want four center blocks arranged two up and two down, which I understand how to do. The blocks appear to be height sized based on the content in the blocks, however, and appear to stretch downward as content is added.
