I am installed xoops 2.5.1a to my windows server. Everything is fine but when I'm click admin link I see a blank page. And I'm open debug mode in phpmyadmin I'm getting this error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\inetpub\vhosts\dosyaarsiv.com\httpdocs\include\cp_functions.php on line 29

what is the problem?

check if you upload all files. this line load the Admin GUI admin found at htdocs/modules/system/themes/

Did this Fix his problem?? I am fresh installing this on a Hosted Server, and I have the same problem. I dumped the site and database and started over to have the exact same problem. It can't be missing a file if I copied it twice.

My Error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /***/include/cp_functions.php on line 29

What PHP version do you have? You need at least PHP 5.2
