I just want to seek help from anyone here if can give me step to upgrade XOOPS from 2.3.3 to 2.5.x or to the latest one, 2.5.1a.

I've search for this topic but didn't find any link with complete step.

Your BEST bet to do this is to get the last 2.4.5 package and use that.. The upgrade instructions are in the package. Once you have upgraded and made sure the modules you have work then I would suggest looking at the latest version. A few things have changes in 2.5x that could break your modules and to make sure it is not remaining bugs in 2.5 doing it you should first try 2.4.5. Going from 2.4.5 to 2.5.1a should be very simple. Make sure you backup your database and all your files before you do this and make sure you do this on a test server at home and not your live server.
