If you use Windows 7 64-bit and want to use WAMPServer with PHP 5.3.6 (64-bit), read this thread.

Warning: in order to use it, you'll have to give up testing in older versions of PHP, unless they are compiled with VC++ 9

Good news: there is a new version of WampServer with PHP 5.3.8, both 32 and 64 bit.

You can download it directly from WampServer Website

It's a great tool for testing of XOOPS on your local PC....
