Addresses v1.7 + Google Maps ( re-upload an image (banner / logo)

Hi

Addresses in module Addresses v1.7 + Google Maps hack when I try to upload an image (banner / logo) everything works fine.
But when I change an address change and try uploading the image to another image error loading.
Is to fix it?
