Picture in Theme [Theme and template troubleshooting]

I have a problem with my Themes...
Any of installed theme can't read (display) pictures like bgpicture...
Folder "img" in themes hava a good permissions!

Anyone can help....?

Are this pictures directly linked from the theme?

Right now I see that it's only the Logo missing on top:

Bilo koju temu da instaliram tema nevidi svoje slike, npr pozadinu, sliku u podnožju i zaglavlju, u sidebaru isl.
