Custom Block sync

Hello everyone, I started using Xoops to create a website for my class. When I load the website on a small computer, iPad, iPhone or other mobile devices, the theme is out of sync. When i go to another content, the letters all change in font and size (of menu and contents on the side). Does anyone knows how to correct this?
