Bug in smartfaq 1.11 module - tag plugin

At the moment when i cope the smartfaq plugin file into the tag module 2.30 plugin folder, a reload of the tag module not possible. The error:

"A problem has occurred on our server!
Page is currently unavailable

We are treating the incident
Please, coming soon ...

Error : Handler does not exist
Module: smartfaq
Name: smartfaq"

If i rename the smartfaq plugin file, the reload works.
