Xoops widget or how to make it?

Hi there,

I'd like to make widget for my website, but external type of it. In other words, it should be a code, or iframe that be pasted on other website with latest news, logo etc.

I suppose that it should be done via rss, but I need universal code for any site.

Any ideas?
