I am trying to re-establish my web site on localhost. I am using xampp (apache, tomcat, mysql). I have successfully loaded dumps and successfully restored my custom XOOPS site. After logging into the site everything loads fine on the index.php. A custom block loads on the left for custom links and also in that block is the XOOPS links. Whenever you click on a XOOPS link all loads fine. My custom links are not rendering or loading properly. They are php files the same as XOOPS and previously functioned properly. If anyone can assist please let me know. I can provide images, prints, text, file data. Whatever is necessary to resolve this issue.

I have exhausted all the knowledge and resources I posses in resolving this issue. The site was created by a freelancer that is no longer available. It seems like something silly is causing it but I am not able to pinpoint the issue. Frustration is winning and this is a last ditch effort. Assistance is appreciatied.
