Installed Templates but not showing up in "General Settings"?

I have uploaded my new temples that I would like to use as the general look/theme of the site but it only shows the Default and the Zetagenasis themes?

Sorry, but I suspect that there's a misunderstanding over terminology. Do you mean "templates" or "theme"?

Templates are used by the core and modules to display content. A theme controls the oversall "look" of your site.

Which are you referring to?

Sorry (rookie here), I do mean the theme. I have installed XOOPS into a temp directory so that it doesn't over ride my site so far and then uploaded about 5 themes that I wanted to try out before I started customizing with content. So yes, the themes are not showing up in the admin "general settings" area. Thanks for you help. Here's the site link -http://gonzomagazine.ca/newsite/

Ok! I just realized that I had installed it twice and was working on the incorrect directory! Oh man what a loser! lol. Thanks and we'll see you all on the next issue (hopefully not too many though!).
