Problems with center blocks after upgrade

I finally upgraded my 2.2.x site to latest version. But now I have a weird problem with my center blocks. They are not stretched.

It seems to be not a theme problem as I've tried the default theme with same result... any ideas?

ok I deleted these lines from root/xoops.css and now it works :)
