Modules can not use theme CSS in IE

i am new user on 2.3.3 UTF8 version
i am using default theme which same as XOOPS project and there are some modules such as pical, eguide , the right menu fonts size and style is different(more bigger). but there are no problem in Firefox, only occur in IE browser
