Thanks noo-b,
For the menu I use a software called opencube which creates css based multi-level menu.

Also i want to add a page to this website showing the users how to make use of new XOOPS related features like notifications.
I had seen a tutorial on one of the XOOPS based site on how to use this site. I cant remember the site now. Can some one help me with creating such a tutorial.

I would try to match right and left columns colors with the center ones. Same blue , same red. It is looking simple and pretty, congrats.

I agree with Trabis. Matching the block colours and using less different colours will make the site more balanced. Apart from that the site looks good, and is well build.

Currently I am using blue for the left column ans center left column and some shade of red for the right column and center right column. So, should i make all colors as blue?
Thanks trabis and flipse for the suggestions

Not all colors blue. Problem is you have 3 different tones of blue. I think it would be better to have same blue. Same goes for red.

Ok, I have changed the center-left and center-right block title bg color and made it same as the left block and the right block respectively.
The my tabs colors have also been changed accordingly.
I need a suggestion with what should be the center-center block title bg color. Right now it starts from blue and ends at red. What can i replace this by, whether blue or red.
