Here is a screen print showing an unclean uninstall... There are three places at the bottom of the pic where a module should be, but instead it says" Module File for Not Found!"... please help rectify ...

Looks like you just disabled them, then deleted the files from the server. You need to reupload the files and finish the uninstall process - click the folder with the red dot and follow the menu.

If you need to see how see this:

Thanks! I tried the reinstall so I could properly uninstall but when I try to reinstall I get this error: "Table 'xoops__liaise_forms' already exists"... This is the same error I get with the others, too.

You do not need to reinstall, just upload and click on the uninstall icon. (When you click the uninstall icon it goes through a process to remove the database tables for that module.)

Thanks for persisting. I placed the modules in the directory. Then I attempted to uninstall the dangling module remnants as you directed. In each case upon clicking the uninstall icon my browser foes to a blank, white screen with this url: http://analyzertech.org/xoops1/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin&op=uninstall&module=

Then the only thing that can be done is manually removing the module tables from the database. Easiest with phpmyadmin.

OK I downloaded it and will give it a try. Is it fairly straightforward? Is it a module for Xoops?

No. Do you have a control panel with your site? If so you might have it already

I use Godaddy as a host, but I installed XOOPS myself and have full access to it. Do you refer to a control panel for the server space or for the XOOPS admin?
