How do i activate the "Remove Unselected Users|Search Users" Feature in PM module just like in xoops.org

I'm using XOOPS 2.3.2b

i noticed XOOPS has a slightly different PM system since when XOOPS 2.3 is still unreleased

i also have this same problem..

so its better to have the feature for a site that has too many users

You must have more as 200 user.

where can i disable this option? So that it's not visible (clickable) anymore.
And get the full user list back

I use XOOPS 2.3.2
