Installing a theme?

OK i am wondering HOW I can install a theme... I have uploaded the theme in my theme folder in ftp... am I suppose to see it somewhere in the admin panel.

please help

Admin>Preferences>general settings

There's nothing to actually install - XOOPS will find the folder automatically.

OK thank you.. which theme am I suppose to look for for XOOPS 2.3.1?

ok sorry found it there where you said... but how do I make that the default? so all members sees it.
