How do I insert Java script in Header??

I need to insert a java script reference between the and the tags on the splash page to work with another link in the body to launch a streaming radio station. How or where exactly can I access the header code to accomplish this? Thanks.

Found a simple answer - dump it all in a text block with html formatting.
