So I downloaded a couple skins, went into Admin > Pref > General Settings and set them as default. But when I click "OK" and go back to my site it's still the same one. I've installed everything properly and everyone seems to be working besides these themes.

Edit: Nvm fixed it =) was doing it incorrectly
