Good morning everyone.

I have a question about the styling of my website. i want to make the block under my menu (what's now yellow) blue. i don't know what to do and i don't want to mess it up. if anyone can share some free time and tell me what to change in style.css i would be very grateful.

It is hard to tell not knowing the theme and whitout a link to the site or part of the code in style.css, but in general you should look for something like "background-color: #".

That is in case the theme is not using a picture for background.

If you use Firefox, install the "Web Developer" Extension:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60

and click in the CSS menu on "View Style Information"

Then click on the element that you are interested in, and Firefox will open a new window for you and will show the code in CSS files that control the appearance.
