How I can edit email template of module xhelp?

How I can edit email template of module xhelp ver 0.78?
I will edit formatting of email. For example I will do change title ticket to format bold font.
When I change and edit with Microsoft FrontPage and use of code HTML for formatting text email but code HTML do not work.
Please help me.
