download limit per ip/user

hello,
from 2 days i search something like a download limit for ex 5 files a day for ip or user and cant find.
i manage to integrate an autoindex directory and can be accesed only by reg users, but now i need to add an user/ip download limit per day or mounth ...

if anybody know some way`s pls leet me know.
