When I select the block option, then I get a list of blocks (Blocks administration) with loads of radio buttons for positioning.
On this main Blocks page I can change what I want. When I then try to save....
it doesnt save anything.
Instead it goes in one step to the "System Configuration" page.
Is that also "NORMAL"? or a bug?

After you click on "Submit", you should stay on the "Block Administration". So something is wrong. What XOOPS Version do you use?
