This issue was going on with XOOPS 2.3.0 Beta 1, and is now going on with my Impress CMS 1.1 Beta for me, so this must have something to do with another module maybe, and not a bug with either CMS.

I canT change a blocks position, each time i try, im just redirected to the system presences page. Ive tried disabling some modules and it didnt seem to help. Also in modules like Mytabs 2.0 and the newest Latest News Block modules, the blocks dont show up when i set them up.

Impress CMS 1.1 Beta and tried with XOOPS 2.3.0 Beta
PHP Version - 5.2.6
MySQL Version - 5.0.51a-community
Server API Version - cgi
OS Version - Linux

Remove all modules and start there.

If this doesn't help, try to reinstall the system with a new database, and try there without any modules.

If it works, try to add modules one by one and see if any of them breaks it.
