I have a wierd problem. I just upgraded my XOOPS to the new installation and now when I go into the admin menu- when I hover over the menu options, they are opening and not closing? Really wierd? ANy ideas?

Like all the menus are opening and not closing. Like when I hover over Photoalbum. It opens the menu that says stuff like "preferences, etc" Well if I goto like Forum, it will also open and leave the photoalbum menu open. This makes a mess! Any ideas?
