I need to know how to log in into the editor

I am a new admin for a site that already has XOOPS installed. How do I access the login screen in order to login? It's no apparent to me where the login area is.

For example, typing www.mydomain.com/admin doesn't access any admin area. Where is the correct place to access the login??

www.mydomain.com/admin.php will get you to the Admin area, but you need first to login.
