I am looking for a module as below for volunteer activities.

-The user must be able to add new volunteer activity and its details. This user will be identified my the system as initiator/Leader for this activity.
- The progress of the activity along with photos upload.
- All the other users involved with the task can log time they spent and would require initiator approval. After which all the hours will be logged to that database.
- Must be able to fetch the numbers by number of hours per user and able to give some title to each user.

I can use forum module to track the activity but how about user able to log hours spend ?

Please excuse me if there is one already and let me know.
