When trying to add a short wmv video I get the following error

Errors Returned While Uploading
MIME type not allowed: video/x-ms-wmv

I have edited the "File extensions can be uploaded" to include the following - jpg|jpeg|gif|png|wmv

Also I did edit the "MIME Types can be uploaded" to this image/wmv|image/gif|image/pjpeg|image/jpeg|image/x-png|image/png

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestion that would allow me to upload video Clips? If nothing else is there another program that would work and allow me to use my current theme?
