How do I customize the layout of mediawiki inside Xoops?

I'm trying customize the layout of mediawiki inside xoops. I'm not talkning about mediawiki mode, but one that we see when we click on wiki on the left navigation. I just want to change the location of special page drop-down menu, printable statement, mediawiki logo, and so forth. How can I do that? More specifically, what file do I have to go to make those modification?
