How can i transfer my xoops to another host?

My website on private host(wamp) and I want to transfer it to another server like 100webspace...

how can I do it?

I tried to export sql from phpmyadmin but I got an error masseage when I tried to import it...

what I need to do? anyone can help?

I saw it...
but I havn't cpanel

he talked about cpanel- what to do...

I have only phpmyadmin
(come with wamp server)

In all the site I didn't see nothing... :(
