I had some experience with XOOPS (http://dune.servint.com), but now decided to try out Drupal as well.

So, which one you think is better?

Shocking!!

Well, I think you are comparing chocolate with beer. Drupal is the best Content Manager, XOOPS is the best Framework IMHO.
Xoops is so good that one day Drupal shall run inside it. Yeahh!
