Upgrade from 2.0.18.1 to 2.30 Alpha 3 Issue Reall Really Need help

Im testing out XOOPS 2.3 alpha 3, and upgraded from 2.0.18.1, and everything on the front end is fine. But when i go into the admin section i get a blank page with no errors.

I cleaned the cache and templates, bu still i get the blank page

I have
PHP 4.4.7
MySQL 4
Now XOOPS 2.30 alpha 3
