Errors, errors and more errors!

I assume it cant read the database? I exported the .sql file from TEST to LIVE and no dice.

Here is the Fatal Error I get after using a .htaccess file to display errors:

The FAQ says I would need to do some digging to figure out what could be the problem. I have limited PHP knowledge but I cant seem to figure it out.

the path was wrong. changed it back.
