Yogurt 3.1.1_beta4 install, I use Hack to make the yogurt userpage as the main userpage, has disappeared or is not the way to change my avatar...

To change your avatar just upload a picture in photos part of yogurt and click over the little head button under the picture to set the picture as your avatar.
