SmartFAQ - entries disappearing?

First noticed last week and now again today. Entries we have made to the FAQ are vanishing with no explanation.

Which are you talking about? Title or ID number?

When did you submit them, and when did you see them last time?

The entire articles are gone as if they were never there.
We are uploading content from another platform so I can't give an exact date but they were seen at least once after submission.

You mean, they disappear on your local Website, not on the XOOPS Website www.xoops.org, right?

More missing FAQS today. Does anyone have any idea why stuff is just vanishing???

Have you made a back up, if not then it maybe worth doing that now in case any more disappear.

I remember seeing something posted on the modules website which you would be able to search.

It may also be worth reporting this issue with the developer, unfortunately XOOPS will not allow me to post links to the modules website or where to get help from the developer, Please check inside your module folder there should be a 'readme' with details in for where to find support.
