UTF-8 Problem with Modules

I have successfully installed RSSCenter and Xigg Modules on 2.0.18.1 and both modules are working fine.

I tried to add some UTF8 Content on these modules, posts were saved successfully, but post displays are showing '????'(question marks) instead of utf characters.

All other modules like News/Articles/NewBB are showing these utf characters correctly.

Is there any workaround for this prblems?
