Extend the mail feature to more than 100

Please modify the mail feature so that it works for more than 100 emails.

I have been told that this is the threshold that sites look to black list spammers.

Could that not be fixed by adding multiple loops so that batches of 25 are sent out until the end of the mail list is reached?

If your host sets a monthly bandwidth limit on your outgoing SMTP traffic you'll still get into trouble.
