Disable 'Submit News' functionality in News module

I've been searching through PHP files in the /modules/news directory trying to figure out where I can remove the 'Submit News' link in the Main Menu. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

it's in the xoops_version.php file, at the root of the module directory
