how do i disable upload in certain forum (newbb)

- i'm using newbb 3.08

in the forum option there is these two options

Max Size in kb`s: & * Allowed Extensions:


i tried to put 0 in the max size....the upload form is still there

in the allowed extension in doestn't allow me to leave the field blank

no you do it in the wrong way.
try to assign permissions for groups that have the right to upload files.
eg:
look at the end of the page in this site to see your permissions:
"You cannot attach files to posts"
