Does Xoops anti-spambot module work?

I wondered, 'cos there seems to be a lot of spam in the xoops.org forums recently.

A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

AFAIK we have just one robot spam with the perfix shoexxx which i think customize itself for xoops.org site.

all others are humans i think.
