Site encoding

Since: 2006/7/30

I want to change my site encoding from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8, but still have english language as text language.

My first question, is site encoding supported in XOOPS?

My second question, what else than database and tables do I need to switch to UTF-8? Luckily, I'm using a new install of XOOPS so I have no data to convert.

Thanks in advance for any hints!
