SmartSection Upgrade from 1 to 2.13...help

I've lost my list of categories and index of articles from the XOOPS admin window after upgrading to 2.0 then 2.13 of SmartSection.
From a user perspective when I go to the smartsection menu it goes to an all white screen.

Any ideas?

This also happened when I upgraded my php from 5.0.5 to 5.2.5
