What theme is this

The name of the theme on This Site is winter_adventure but I cannot find it anywhere. Does it exist or has the guy made it himself? if so, can anyone point me to a similar looking theme where I can just change the colours of the blocks etc

I think its a selfmade theme.
look at www.xoops-theme.com for similar looking theme

The website is hosted by EZ neighborhood Websites. They deliver the theme when creating an account with them.

I don't want to have a neighbourhood website with them though. All I am after is a theme that is the same or similar. I founs a theme off bleekk's link called astro2 but can't find it in the downloads, any ideas how to get it bleekk
