Hi Guys,

I have checked the forum for a solution to this problem,

I just installed XOOPS using fantastico, on my CPanel.

It went very smoothly. It reported a smarty permission on template-c, which I changed the CHMOD on that.

I then was able to view the installation onhttp://alltimeinfo.com/, I then went to login to the Admin panel, and it says its the first time click here, but when I do,

It keeps coming up with

failed open file,

and reverts back to the buttons to push again, how can I get the file to open? and what file is it calling.

Many thanks

Chris
