ı use XOOPS since XOOPS 1. x ... Very good. Security is enaughf.. But... most of my sites are for news. And sometimes ı have a lot of problem about spam comments. so..

1- Want a comment system that ı can select a lot of comment need delete them togetger.. (now if ı have 500 (sometimes ı have really) spams comments.. I need 1 hours to delete them.. it is too much time..) there is a comment security hack but ı could not install...

2- for the nws module.. now ı use 1.44 embed version.. and ı need all new news module version embed.. Because top of my news ı need a small picture and if i enter 20 news and if have no embedde vesiyon it takes 1 haour... but by embedded version ı takes less..

3- editor is not too much problem.. ı have koivi editor ı put in my class and now ı use it all of my modules insead of wf sections.. for forum or article ı have xoopseditor and frameworks.. so editor is not too big problem..

4- in XOOPS register form is too poor.. and also need securiry code.. in fact ı mean all parts of XOOPS need security code.. for example xfguest book had no security code brfore and ı had alot of spams.. but now it has security code and now ı have zerro spams message from guestbook..

5- ı like CBB very much ı use it all of my sites.. example: http://www.konyaninsesi.com/modules/newbb but... it also needs some things to be lıke vbullettin..

6- ı am loking for a good spotlıgt for 3 years.. but ı coult'nt fınd.. Now ı use habertv module . Canbula from xoopshocasi.com did it.. But XOOPS still need a good spotligt like ı used at http://www.konyaninsesi.com.

7- the turkisk xoopser genaraly make news paper sites. And they need corner writer module.. (we say like that) ı cloned smartsections and ı did a module for that but it looks lıke not prof...

8- and XOOPS need rebember me while logging.. not hack it must be orginal.. now all of portal systems solved it.. joomla nuke etc..

9- I WRITE AGAİN NOW THE BİG PROBLEM İS SECURİTY CODE FOR [size=x-large]ALL PARTS OF XOOPS.. [/size]

4- i just suggest latest protector module 3.15beta and enable a plugin for register. in my site guest can not submit anything so it is enough for me. of course you are right for having security image feature in the core.it seems it will be in the next major releases among some other smarter ways to avoid spams.
