I notice a lot of XOOPS sites have thier own header at the top and not the XOOPS logo and banners, Can anyone give me a lead on how to change this to my own custom header? Thanks

Hi,

this is part of the theme.html file in your theme/THEME_YOU_USE folder...

look for something like:

<tr id="header">
      <
td id="headerlogo"><a href="<{$xoops_url}>/"><img src="<{$xoops_imageurl}>logo.gif" width="150" height="80" alt="" />a>td>
      <
td id="headerbanner"><{$xoops_banner}>td>
    tr>

Don't do tests on production site and do backups...

and use XOOPS FAQ like this one:
https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/category.php?categoryid=17

..

That words! Thanks Stepan. I did this a year or so ago and forgot how. Also as a side note it's people should know to
look for this in preferances.....

Check templates for modifications ?

and check yes for the modification to take.
