changing the homepage header

I haven't used my XOOPS in awhile and I forgot how I accomplished changing the look of my homepage so that I have a custom header. Can anyone lead me in the right direction????

This is how it looks now

Looks like you put the images in public_html / images

All you half to do is edit...

public_html/xoops/themes/blue_lagoon/theme.html

"http://www.liberaltown.com/images/liberalbaylog.gif"
