I thought I followed the instructions, but there was a problem. When I executed [my xoops_url]/upgrade/ in the browser, it went to [my xoops_url]/upgrade/install/index.php and yielded a blank page. There were no instructions to follow.

Then I went to my home page, and got the XOOPS (new) install page. So, what do you suppose happened? Is it fixable? This is a new site, but I would not like to have to re-install.

Did I screw this up somehow, or does this upgrade not work?
