I have a task, making a shot-living site.
The idea is, that people give there signature agains a case i our community.

I have not seen any module for this, but believe that either formulize or a hack of userregistration can do this.

It is a demand that users confirm there E-mail adress (like in the normal userregistration) and a nice-to-have opportunity if there was a SPAM provention (q/A ore picture)

Have anyone tryed something like that?
Should I use Formulize/Frameworks ore Hack the userreg?`
