A full description of the issue:

I have a successfuly installed XOOPS 2.0.16 and installed Frameworks and xoopseditor. I then installed CBB 3.0.8. I created many categories, forums & sub-forums and when i give posting & responding permissions to REGISTRED USERS group, this last can't see the forum index at all, just a blank page, they can't see the user account page either. I dunno whats the matter's from but i hope u can help me soon
